Lifestyle Management
Your time. Our attention.
Most of what fills a diary is not difficult, only relentless. The table on a Friday, the gift that has to arrive by Thursday, the appointment nobody has had time to move. We take the standing weight of it — one contact, no re-explaining, and preferences kept on record so the second request costs you less time than the first.
Restaurant Reservations
Tables at the rooms that are genuinely worth the evening, including the ones that are hard to get.
Tables are worked in two ways: through the booking window when a restaurant releases seats on a fixed schedule, and directly with the room where we have a relationship. Dietary requirements, allergies, occasions and seating preferences go across before you arrive, so nothing has to be explained at the table. Where a request genuinely cannot be met we say so early and offer the rooms we would actually send someone to instead.
Personal Shopping
Sourcing, appointments and private viewings, from a wardrobe to a single hard-to-find piece.
Appointments are arranged privately, and out of hours where a house offers it, so a fitting or a viewing is not conducted in a busy shop floor. For sourcing we work from a brief — size, maker, period, budget and how quickly it is needed — and come back with what exists rather than what is nearest. Alterations, shipping, duties and customs paperwork are handled as part of the same request, which is usually where these arrangements otherwise come apart.
Wellness & Spa
Treatments, practitioners and retreats arranged around your schedule.
Practitioners are matched to what is actually being asked for, whether that is a treatment, a course of work with one therapist, or a programme at a retreat. We sequence appointments around the rest of the day rather than the spa's diary, confirm what each treatment involves so there are no surprises on the table, and pass across any medical or physical considerations in advance.
Exclusive Events
Access to openings, private views and the evenings that are not advertised.
Private views, openings and invitation-only evenings are not sold, they are extended — so access depends on relationships and on asking early. We tell you honestly what is achievable for a given date and what is not, arrange the invitation where it can be arranged, and handle the practical end: timings, dress, transport and who else will be in the room.
Entertainment
Seats, boxes and backstage arrangements for sport, music and culture.
Seats, boxes and hospitality are sourced through official allocation and authorised channels, which matters for major sport and music where counterfeit and invalidated tickets are a real risk. We confirm what a package actually includes — access times, catering, parking, whether the seats are together — before it is booked, and arrange the evening around it rather than leaving you at the gate with a ticket.
Personal Requests
The errands and one-off asks that do not fit a category. Ask anyway.
The requests that do not fit a category are usually the ones that matter: a gift found and delivered by a particular hour, a document collected, a car met, something replaced quietly while you are in a meeting. We take them the same way as everything else — one contact, a clear answer on what is possible and by when, and no request treated as too small to confirm properly.
