Luxury Travel
Travel. Without the logistics.
A journey should begin when you leave the house, not when the arrangements finally fall into place. We handle the aviation, the rooms, the transfers and the hundred small confirmations between them — then stay with the itinerary while it runs. Plans change mid-trip more often than anyone admits; that is usually the part clients tell us mattered most.
Private Aviation
Charter and fractional arrangements, handling and crew, matched to the route rather than the brochure.
We size the aircraft to the actual journey — runway length at both ends, passenger and baggage load, and whether the leg can be flown without a technical stop — rather than to whatever is available. Operators are checked for their safety auditing and insurance before a quote goes out, and we confirm the crew, the catering and the ground handling at each FBO. Where the dates are flexible, repositioning and empty-leg pricing is worth asking about; where they are not, we say so plainly rather than let a schedule slip.
Luxury Hotels & Villas
Preferred access, upgrades and rooms held at houses we know personally.
Rooms are booked through preferred-partner channels wherever the property offers them, which is what turns a reservation into an upgrade at check-in, breakfast, a property credit and later checkout — at no additional cost against the public rate. We tell the property who is arriving and what matters to them before they land, so the room is the right one rather than the next one, and we hold options while a decision is being made rather than releasing them.
Bespoke Itineraries
Routes built around how you actually travel — pace, appetite, and what you would rather skip.
An itinerary is built backwards from how you actually travel: what time you want to be out, what you would rather skip, and how much of a day should be left unplanned. We cost transfer times honestly instead of assuming the map is the journey, sequence restaurant and site bookings so one does not strand the other, and keep the reservations that need confirming on a schedule of our own. You get one document with everything on it, and one person to change it.
VIP Airport Services
Fast-track, protocol and discreet ground handling at both ends of the flight.
Meet-and-greet on arrival at the aircraft or airbridge, escorted fast-track through immigration and security, and baggage handled and delivered to the vehicle. At airports that operate an official protocol or private-terminal service we book it directly; where none exists we arrange the nearest equivalent and say which it is. Departure works the same way in reverse, with the car timed to the gate rather than to the ticket.
Chauffeur Services
Vetted drivers who know the city, the routes and the etiquette.
Chauffeurs are licensed, insured for private hire and briefed on the route and the guests before the day. Vehicle class is matched to the party and the luggage, airport pickups are tracked against the live flight so a delay does not become a missed car, and waiting time is agreed in advance rather than billed as a surprise. For multi-day work the same driver stays with you where that is possible; it usually is, and it makes a difference.
Yacht Charters
Crewed charters along the coast, through the Mediterranean and across the Gulf.
Crewed charters are arranged on standard industry terms, which means a charter fee plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance covering fuel, food, drink and berthing — we set that expectation before a contract, because it is the part that surprises people. We match the yacht to the water and the season rather than the photographs, brief the captain on the guests and the pace, and accept that a route is a plan the weather may revise. Provisioning, dietary requirements and preferences go to the crew ahead of boarding.
