We set the rota, handle the day-to-day supervision so you are not managing a household from abroad, and keep one point of accountability when something needs correcting. Contracts and local employment requirements are followed properly, which protects you as much as them.

We hold the keys, meet the engineer, and confirm the work was actually done to the standard quoted.
